Attention: The Atom of Consciousness

The book proposes the term “attention” as the cornerstone of the entire infrastructure of reality. Unlike “mindfulness” or "focus", attention is not a voluntary or self-aware action and is not exclusive to conscious beings. It is an act of data processing – transforming abstract data into concrete information, and it exists in the smallest particles, in the laws of the universe themselves, and as a result, in the entire universe.
